AWC Partners with 2-Star Michelin Chef Paulo Airaudo to Co-Launch EA Chef’s Table
• AWC unveils a groundbreaking partnership with 2-star Michelin Chef Paulo Airaudo, to create a new Italian restaurant at EA CHEF’s TABLE at ‘The Empire’. This follows Thailand’s first rooftop Thai restaurant and the highest Chinese restaurant created by Michelin-starred chefs, ‘Chef Ton’ and ‘Chef Vicky Cheng,’ to complete AWC’s world-class dining destination – EA Rooftop at The Empire (EA).
• Renowned Chef Paulo Airaudo, with Michelin-starred accolades including restaurants in Argentina, Spain, Italy, and Hong Kong, is set to inaugurate his first Southeast Asian restaurant. This establishment will elevate a new benchmark for Italian cuisine in the capital at EA CHEF’s TABLE, introducing his distinctive dining experience to gourmets and food enthusiasts in Bangkok.

With seating for 70 guests, the new Italian restaurant, created by Chef Paulo, promises a unique dining experience that blends authentic Italian cuisine with unexpected twists. Chef Paulo, born in Argentina with Italian heritage, has made a significant mark on the global culinary scene. Elevating the new benchmark for Italian cuisine in Bangkok, the restaurant, which is scheduled to open in October 2024, aims to attract a diverse clientele, including gourmets, food enthusiasts, chef admirers, office professionals, and globally minded explorers. Promising an unparalleled dining experience that combines the best of Italian tradition and modern innovation, the restaurant will complement the Thai and Chinese restaurants on the 56th Floor at EA Rooftop at The Empire, enriching the cultural diversity and culinary excellence of the venue.
The new Italian restaurant combines culinary mastery with panoramic views of the capital from the 56th floor of ‘The Empire,’ AWC’s flagship lifestyle mixed-use office complex, the largest in Thailand. On the 57th – 58th Floor, Nobu Hospitality will present ‘Nobu Bangkok‘, the world’s highest and largest Nobu, serving as the first and only one in Thailand. Together, the restaurants will form an integral part of EA Rooftop at The Empire, with total space of more than 8,200 sqm., including 2,500 sqm. of outdoor rooftop space, solidifying its standing as one of the world’s largest F&B rooftop destinations in the center of Bangkok, catering to diverse needs and lifestyles with a collection of world-renowned restaurants and cafes from the 55th – 58th floors.
